Facility
MotokazieLand will be an all encompassing Recreation Park for off-road & on-road motorcycles, ATV’s and UTV’s. The land has over 100 feet of rolling elevation which will allow Motokazie create fun and exciting tracks. We will provide a much needed park close to the Twin Cities metro - a place to practice, race, ride, camp, learn and for new riders to become involved in motorsports.

Location
Our 131 acre parcel is located north of Faribault, MN, between I-35 to the east and Co Rd 46 to the west. We have excellent access and an easy route from the interstate: by using either Exit # 59 or # 66, then traveling either north or south (depending on which exit is chosen) on Co Rd 46 to the site address of: 1760 160th ST West, Faribault, MN. The location has 4000 feet of Interstate visibility which will expose our wonderful sport to 206,000 drivers per week or 10.7 million per year.
MotokazieLand is 3 miles from the city of Faribault, which has a population of 20,000. Amenities in Faribault include hiking, biking, shopping at department and local stores, groceries and fuel stores. There are 30 restaurants, from fast food to fine dining. In the surrounding area one can play at 3 golf courses or enjoy 10 lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming. The local airport, Faribault Harley Davison and J&J Yamaha are just 1.5 miles away from MotokazieLand.
Seven hotels in Faribault offer 277 rooms; and within a 10 or 20 minute drive there are approximately 1200 more rooms in Northfield, Owatonna and Lakeville.
Visitors may be interested in a side trip to the Mall of America, which is just 40 minutes north of MotokazieLand.
